Completely renovated with all modern necessities for your satisfaction while still preserving the historical elegance and architecture of the estate. This unit is similar to a Single Family attached house with common walls. Each unit has multi-levels.
There is central air and central heat in all our Rentals, here. Cherry wood kitchen cabinets with granite counter top, all stainless steel appliances including Refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas range with oven, built in microwave and in house washer and dryer. All Hardwood Floors throughout the Unit except the Bathrooms which are all tiled.
Complimentary on site parking can fit medium sized cars only. No van or truck can get in.
Top Level: Bedroom 1:1 King Size Bed, a full tiled bathroom with a single jacuzzi and a shower.
Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Size Beds, a Bathroom with Extra Large Shower. Washer and Dryer in the Hallway.
Mid Level: Formal Dining Room, Half Tiled Bathroom, Living Room and Open Kitchen with island.
Lower Level: Bedroom: Double Sized Bedroom with two Full Size Beds. Private (3rd )bathroom with tiled shower.
Two On-site Reserved Parking for Two Medium Sized Cars only. Additional on-site parking can be available upon request. Only medium sized vehicles allowed to park. Overnight street parking is available with no residential parking permit required however be aware of street cleaning days on the parking signs.
Only 10 minutes drive from Downtown Boston. Two minutes walk to shopping center, banks and restaurants. About two miles from Northeastern University and Harvard Medical School and all academic areas. Two miles to the South Boston Castle Island Beach. Only seven minutes walk to beautiful New England Franklin Park Zoo and golf court.

We have luxuriously comfortable beds, beautiful interiors and a very spacious designed elegant house. All of the commercial and academic areas in the city are just 10-15 minutes drive away. We are very convenient to public transportation with 6 bus lines running. All buses connect to the Red, Orange, Green and Silver Lines and two train stations. One commuter rail station just 1/2 mile , about 10 minutes walk away from the rental location. We are two miles from Storrow or Memorial Drives and 1.5 miles from South Bay Shopping Center and 1-93 Expressway. Only 3.8 mile to Copley Square, two miles to Brigham Circle and 2 miles from Northeastern Univ 10 minutes drive to Convention Center in South Boston and Beaches
There is a large sized backyard perfect for relaxation or barbecue with beautiful flowers and fruit (Please do not pick or cut the flowers. They are there for viewing only) Each unit has its own private entrance and deck.

The neighborhood
This is a peaceful residential neighborhood located centrally in Boston. Only about 5 minutes walk to the local park & zoo with golf courses and basketball/ tennis courts. There is a supermarket shopping mall very convenient only 5 min walk away and 6 bus lines just 4 min walk away. The buses can be transferred to the Silver Line at Dudley that runs to South Station, downtown or you can transfer to Red Line at Fields Corner or Ruggles Station Orange Line.
Numerous take out and sit down restaurants are in the local area. Food and shopping are all around you. A great place to enjoy a fun vacation with your family or friends or for business travelers.
Getting Around
6 Bus Lines, almost every 5 minutes there is a bus coming during the week . a 6 or 7 minutes walk rom the rental units. A lot of stores like liquor store, stop n shop, pizzeria, and bodega where only walking distance. There’s a hill hike to the house so walking down is easy waking back is tougher if you have any issues.
The bathrooms were clean and the house was pretty spacious. Perfect place.
A great location within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops. It has tons of room and Aihua’s response time was great whenever we had a question or issue. Highly recommend.

The location is very convenient, close to public transit and Harvard Medical Center. The apartment was very practical, and the downstairs bedrooms were nice and quiet.
We really enjoyed the house of Aihua. She is also very communicative and gave us all the attention we needed. The house is ideal for family.
We recommend it to everyone who goes to Boston.
Cozy and nice
We stayed at this apartment for a business trip in Boston. The location is great and the apartment was well equipped, clean and suitable for our needs. The spacious living area/kitchen was very good to do some office work. Aihua was very helpful and flexible at all times. She provided information whenever needed and responded quickly. We would be happy to stay here again the next time!
